Art Club
Art Club - Students will practice and experiment with different art mediums such as painting, drawing, printmaking and sculpting clay.

The Book is Always Better
The Book is Always Better - Reading club where students will read several chapter books and watch the corresponding movies. Students will then discuss the similarities and differences of the 2 and express their opinion on which one was better, the book or the movie. Students that love to read will really enjoy this club. Fees are to pay for books for students to keep and snacks for movie days.

Color Guard
Color Guard - Students will perform in the multi-cultural performances to add a visual component to their shows. They use flags, dance, and choreography to interpret the music and enhance the performance overall visual effect.

Dance Team
Dance Team – Bethesda Elementary School's Dance Team offers a wonderful opportunity for your child to develop their creativity, coordination, and confidence. Through different cultural routines, children will build teamwork skills and express themselves in a supportive environment. We focus on making dance enjoyable and enriching, ensuring each child feels valued and part of a welcoming team.

Girls on the Run
Girls on the Run- Girls on the Run is so much more than running. Our tested curriculum blends physical activity with skill development that enables girls to adapt to whatever comes their way. Girls on the Run understands the important connection between physical activity and overall emotional health. Trained volunteer coaches guide girls through research-based lessons which creatively integrate movement in a fun and motivating way. By signing your girl up for Girls on the Run, you are giving her the opportunity to connect, grow and learn how to navigate difficult situations.

Junior Beta Club
Junior Beta- The Bethesda chapter of Junior Beta Club will focus on acts of service. Beta Club members will demonstrate leadership through giving and serving others without expecting anything in return. During our monthly meetings, we will select ways we can serve both our school and community to enact positive change.

Lego Robotics Club
Fall Lego Robotics Club - Students will use Legos to build and problem solve while developing collaboration skills and creative problem solving. Students will also be introduced to Lego robotics programming and help students with skills that they will need in the future! This club is NOT a robotics competition team and is only for Fall Semester.

Young Lady Patriots
Young Lady Patriots - This program is designed to address critical issues such as the value of education and achievement, bullying, etiquette and hygiene, self-care, friendships, parents and personal safety. It will provide a support system for all participants involved. The program will help the mentee develop academically, socially, and personally. We will have two off campus trips that have cost associated with them. Details will be sent home when it is time for those events.
